Mindful stargazing retreat in the Alentejo
Running from 03 to 08 May and hosted at Glamping Skies, Veiros, Estremoz, the five-day retreat combines yoga, mindfulness and stargazing, and is all about exploring your inner universe by bringing together the outer universe and the cosmos to learn, experience, sense and understand what it means to be a human in today’s world.
The date of the retreat has been carefully chosen to coincide with the new moon and the clear, dark skies of the Alentejo will offer the perfect backdrop for star-gazing. You will be amazed by the number of stars we can see here in this part of Portugal.

The captivating location of Glamping Skies and the accommodation in luxury dome suites ensures you will enjoy this retreat like no other. Sleeping under a blanket of stars is a unique experience and the glass dwellings mean that you won’t miss a single moment of those beautiful skies.
The daily activities of yoga, meditation and mindful stargazing ensure that the retreat both invigorates and nurtures while you are free to use the private pool and gardens as desired. The freshly prepared vegan and vegetarian food is made from locally-sourced ingredients and as well as being nourishing and healthy the meals are shared in the spirit of community.
